These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Green Circle Plant Nursery website and your purchase of plants, products or services from us, including our related nursery, Terra Nova Plants. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Green Circle Plant Nursery is a native plant nursery based in Beaconsfield, supplying native plants for home gardens, revegetation, waterways, development and wholesale projects. Terra Nova Plants is our sister nursery, supplying non-indigenous natives, edible plants and other specialty stock.

2. Orders & Availability

  • All plants are subject to availability. Our stock list reflects current availability as closely as possible, but as a working nursery, quantities and species may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline an order, or substitute species where necessary, and will contact you where a substitution may be required.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and/or confirmed by us.

3. Wholesale Orders

  • Wholesale pricing is available on request and is provided as a quote specific to your order size, species mix and project.

  • We have minimum order requirements according to plants required.

  • We will notify you about our payment terms which may differ depending on the project.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

5. Pickup & Delivery

  • Risk in the plants passes to you once collected or delivered.

6. Plant Health & Guarantees

  • We take care to supply healthy plants suited to their intended purpose. However, plant establishment and survival depend on factors outside our control, including planting method, site conditions, weather and ongoing care.

  • We do not guarantee the survival of plants once they have left our nursery, whether for individual retail purchases or bulk wholesale/revegetation orders.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

8. Horticulture Programs

  • Horticulture programs and workshops are tailored to each client (schools, corporate groups, councils and community organisations) and are subject to a separate agreement or quote at the time of booking.

9. Website Use

  • Content on this website, including text, images, and plant lists, is owned by Green Circle Plant Nursery and Terra Nova Plants and may not be reproduced without permission.

  • We aim to keep website content accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that all information (including stock availability and pricing) is error-free at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Green Circle Plant Nursery is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, products or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
