Yes — all our native plants are grown from local provenance seed at our nursery in Beaconsfield, meaning they're specifically adapted to the soils and climate of the surrounding area.

"Native" means a plant grows naturally somewhere in Australia. "Indigenous" (or "locally indigenous") means it's specific to a particular local area — in our case, the Casey and Cardinia region. All the native plants on our stock list are locally indigenous, grown from local provenance seed.

Our stock list reflects current availability as closely as possible, but as a small working nursery, quantities and species change regularly. Contact us to confirm availability before placing a larger order.

Green Circle Plant Nursery focuses on locally indigenous native plants grown from local provenance seed for the Casey and Cardinia region. Terra Nova Plants is our sister nursery, supplying non-indigenous natives from all over Australia, including edible natives, heirloom vegetables, annual flowers and fruiting plants.
